can someone tell me how to upload manga??

i want to add on to vanilla ice i have more chapters but i dont know how to do it......

can someone please be kind enough to tell me???

upload manga via external host like megaupload ; mediafire etc, then post the link here. members do not have the authority to upload manga directly in M4U.
